1. A real and operable electric equipment system of the vehicle body is used to illustrate structures of the meter, lighting, illuminating, wiper, startup, charging, and ignition systems.
2. Switches and buttons of various electric equipment are operated to demonstrate operation of the meter, lighting, illuminating, wiper, startup, charging, and ignition systems.
3. Line terminals of electric equipment on the training bench have connection plugs. Trainees can improve their capabilities of diagram reading and terminal connection by connecting the plugs with middle harness based on the circuit diagram or maintenance data.
4. The training bench is installed with checking connector, for checking electric signals, for example, resistance, voltage, current, and frequency, of circuit components of the electric equipment system of the vehicle body.
5. The training bench’s base frame is made in steel and the surface is paint-coated. Self-retention wheels are installed to ensure that the bench is flexible, reliable and endurable.
6. Equipped with intelligent fault setting and appraisal system, include fault setting, troubleshooting and assessment functions etc, this system control by APP which should install in mobile phone.
